CHARBONNADE
The restaurant de l’Ours offers charbonnade with beef, chicken, and horse meat, grilled over charcoal.
And during game season: venison is back on the grill! The meat is carefully selected by the Nyffeler butcher shop in Moutier.

All year round: cheese fondue is on the menu.

WINE CELLAR
Choose the wine to accompany your meal. The selection of wines is made in collaboration with the local wine merchant Oli-vins.

BAR AREA
A selection of wines by the glass will be proposed for the aperitif, on Thursday and Friday, from 4pm. To accompany your glass of red wine or spirit at the end of the evening, a choice of cigars will be proposed.

On the menu, the (Swiss) beef charbonnade is accompanied by :
